Air that we breath, food that we eat, drugs that we take & having stress from work, family & etc, resulted toxin slowly building up in our body. So through body detoxification, we can actually enhance our self clarifying, self protecting and self healing capability. Most people may have the concept that detoxing is actually starving ourselves, and it is totally WRONG! When you are detoxing, the energy that is normally used for metabolic activities in the body is now used for getting rid of the toxin.
Recently, I have attended the diet detoxification camp. Diet detoxification basically let our digestive system to have 'sufficient rest' and our body will more effectively helps to emusify & burn off our body waste, fats and remove damaged cells; repair our cell sytsem and increase our immune system and reduce toxins & excessive water in our body. After this camp, my body is basically got fully recharged and I feel for energistic, body weight reduced and even my skin become smoother!
One way to stay health is detox!!!
