Water in very important to us, especially Women!
Water is the most economic and practical "skin care product".
Our average water intake per day is recommended to be 2-3 litres. It is a good habit to drink 1-2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. You may add in apple ciger vinger or some lemon juice for favor before drinking. It helps to clear our vowels and replenish the loss of water during the night.
As some of you might say, 2 litres of water per day is too much for me. Here are some of the recommended timing:
6-7am: 1-2 glass (250ml) of warm water.
830am: 1 glass of water after you reach your office.
1130am: Drink water before meal to activiate the digestive system.
1pm: Drink a glass of water after lunch.
230pm: A glass of water or green tea to reduce your fatigue.
530pm: Drink a glass to replenish the loss of water before you leave the office. You will experience fullness and hence help to reduce your meal intake.
830pm: Drink some water/juices at least 1-1.5 hours before you sleep.
Dear Ladies, nothing can replace the good quality water which is the most important drink that you ever need. Resist all carbonate, caffeine and sweet beverages.
